We are Joe and Samantha Bina, we currently live in San Diego CA and recently purchased this property in 2024. Our family lives in Augusta and while visiting them several times we’ve fallen in love with this enchanting little town. We had many discussions of owning something in Augusta and since we are not yet retired a short term rental was the next best thing. We hope that you also find joy and enchantment at our nest.
